it sounds so cliché, but the thing i can't stand about people who lie is that you can never tell when they're actually telling the truth

so anyway, clare txt me to tell me she'd found a bridesmaid dress she liked and it was in coast and her friend liked it and it was the right colour and if i could try it on and let her know what i thought
that would be great...
so stupidly i showed james the picture on the internet
and he very casually and politely pointed out the precise reasons i'd look awful in it
and now i'm hideously insecure about the whole thing
however
me and james are really good at the moment
i just feel slightly less like myself when we're together
which isn't really too bad
when you think about it
i never really liked myself that much anyway
